Scanning
3D scanning bridges analog with digital dental world. Analog impressions are used to construct super-hard plaster models and then digitized by the 3Shape E3 laboratory scanner. With two 5MP cameras, 7μm scanning accuracy and 18 sec/arch speed, it effectively scans the analog models, creating a cloud of points in space that form the 3D digital model.
Designing (CAD)
3Shape dental design software(3Shape Dental System®) provides the dental technician with reliability of effective design in all types of prosthetic restorations. The software above is a chanell for processing and designing digital cases, both by intraoral and laboratory scanners of all open systems.
Milling (CAM)
Nowadays, longtime and well-tested technical knowledge of CNC (ComputerNumericalControl) in the heavy industry is transmitted to the field of dentistry, completing it, with automated milling systems.
The volume of daily work at Labside Solutions is supported by a hybrid 5-axis milling machine (wet and dry milling) ideally designed for processing the entire range of dental materials. Imes Icore 350i with a powerful 1KW spindle that reaches a speed up to 60.000rpm, in combination with the box of 20 6mm diameter cutting tools, making the milling of the hardest and roughest materials, simple daily work.
3D Printing
Polymer Materials have a prominent place in dental practice, so a new method of constructing high precision prostheses is 3D Printing. The Asiga Max 385nm [UV] 3D Printer based on DLP technique (Direct Light Processing) prints biocompatible materials through a high precision LED light source on the X and Y axis, as well as a 1μm platform step on the Z axis. It is a truly open system compatible with most brand name manufacturers of dental 3D Printing materials. By using SPS technology the 3D printer guarantees each layer of the light-curing resin to be perfectly formed.
